Forever 40 Recruiting Blueprint

RECRUIT.
RECRUIT.
RECRUIT.

At Forever 40 Marketing LLC, selling is only one part of the business. Recruiting, developing people and building leaders is how a team grows beyond one person. The goal is not to collect names. The goal is to find people, help them learn the business, produce, develop and eventually lead.

01 • For the current team

WHY RECRUITING MATTERS.

Every serious business is always looking for people. Restaurants hire. Retailers hire. Corporations hire. Owners understand that one person can only carry so much. Forever 40 is no different — except the mission is not to have somebody simply grow the business for us. We grow it together.

You can become strong at personal production and still hit the limit of your own time and energy. Recruiting creates the opportunity to build something bigger than one person. You learn how to teach, develop, duplicate and lead.

Recruit everywhere you go.If recruiting becomes part of how you move every day, you never have to go somewhere just to recruit.
Do not carry everything alone.Personal production matters, but trying to do everything yourself forever can lead to burnout.
Build people, not just numbers. The win is helping somebody learn, produce, grow and eventually become a leader too.
Lead by example. You cannot force somebody to change. Show them what discipline, consistency and production look like.
“If everybody claims they’re a leader, look behind them. If nobody is following, they are still learning how to lead. Learn to lead yourself first — then become somebody worth following.”

Choose your hard.

It can be hard to train people. It can also be hard to work every day by yourself for years. The Forever 40 mindset is to put in the work now to become a stronger leader, so the business can become stronger later. If you want your team to change, start by becoming the example you want them to follow.

02 • For new hires

LEARN IT. SELL IT. THEN DUPLICATE IT.

Before you can build a team, you have to build yourself. Learn how to sell. Learn the system. Learn how to talk to customers. Learn how to stay coachable, handle rejection, keep a strong attitude and produce consistently.

The money is not in simply recruiting people. The opportunity grows when trained people learn how to serve customers, create legitimate production, develop skills and eventually help the next person do the same.

STEP 1LEARN
STEP 2SELL
STEP 3RECRUIT
STEP 4DEVELOP

Move from doing the work to building the business.

Strong personal production can create meaningful income, but real ownership requires more than being a top seller. The bigger skill is learning how to build a team, develop leaders and think like a business owner instead of only getting paid when you personally produce.

You do not need a perfect résumé, money, connections or previous sales experience to start. You need an open mind, coachability, consistency, humility and the decision to win on purpose.

You don’t have to be great to start. But you do have to start if you want the chance to become great.

Results and compensation vary based on role, performance, market conditions, schedule and other factors. No specific earnings are guaranteed. Recruiting by itself does not create compensation; business results depend on legitimate customer sales, performance, training and team development.
