Products & features
- Electricity and/or natural-gas supply where available.
- Fixed-rate energy-plan options.
- Renewable-energy options where offered.
- Rewards and perks on eligible plans.
HOW SWITCHING WORKSThe supplier changes. The utility doesn't.
The customer's local utility still physically delivers the electricity or gas, maintains the wires or pipes, reads the meter and responds to outages and emergencies.
Illinois Gas & Electric says customers continue receiving one utility bill, with Illinois Gas & Electric shown on the supply portion. Switching suppliers should not interrupt energy service.
